I have tried a few different zucchini bread recipes and this one is the best!
Keep in mind that I have 4 kids and they all devour it every time I make it! Like in seconds. It’s like cheap entertainment. See? This is minutes after it came out of the oven. 😉
Before I give you the recipe, know that I sometimes substitute half of the white sugar for brown sugar and I almost double the amount of zucchini. I’d at least go 3 cups. I like things MOIST. (Sorry if you hate that word. ;)) Also- make sure you start on the low end of the time frame because over cooking it will just dry it out. You can also add chocolate chips! They make everything better, right?
